Air Audit

As an additional service or as part of your maintenance agreement we can provide an audit of your system, by utilizing the Atlas Copco "I - Trac". This equipment can monitor up to four machines for a three week period producing a comprehensive report on electrical energy consumption, flow and pressure. We can then also offer a simulation which will identify the most cost effective efficient solution.

The information generated by the" I - Trac" report can were appropriate be used as supporting information when applying for an interest free loan from the Carbon Trust . In many cases this can result in the supply of an energy efficient variable speed drive compressor.

Bearing Monitoring & Analysis

A collapsed bearing in a compressor can cause catastrophic damage to the Air end and or motor assembly. Our trained engineers can carry out non-invasive testing on these critical compressor bearings using specialised equipment to ensure any problems are found before they cause damage to your equipment. 

Testing is carried out while your compressor is running normally so will cause little to no interruption to your companies normal working practices. Regular checks can spot potential problems prior to any failure or critical damage enabling scheduled maintenance to be planned, causing the least possible disruption.

Pressure Vessel Inspection & Testing

We are authorised to under take testing of pressure vessels, safety valves and calibration of pressure gauges providing full certification. This can usually be carried out during your normal maintenance visits.

Quality Air Testing

Quality air today is of paramount importance not just for breathing air but for wider applications, food and packaging, pharmaceutical and electronics.  We can check the quality of your air at any point of use in your factory providing certification to BSEN12021.  Checks include Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Oil, Odour and Water Vapour levels.  This service can also be added to you preventative maintenance schedule therefore keeping cost and disruption time to a minimum.
